Return Policy
As an organisation, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
All our pieces are made-to-order with a lot of time and attention. In case of any issue with the piece, please follow our policy below for exchange. No Refund only Exchange if it meets the following criteria :
- An incorrect piece has been delivered, not matching the item in the confirmation email.
- Purchased goods has a manufacturing defect.
- The piece delivered is not of the right size.
- Altered or new piece after return will take 15 days to dispatch
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To complete your exchange, please email us at labelshreyasharma@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for the exchange, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at labelshreyasharma@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
In case of any piece that has been customised for size, colour, embroidery etc. will not be eligible for exchange.
In case of incorrect or incomplete shipping address and if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner we will not offer refunds. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing the order for a correction of address with the order number.
Reserved Rights Regarding Exchange
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
